James Orr joins NCPTT after working for the National Park Service’s Learning and Development program, where he specialized in developing training for Cultural Resources professionals. Most of this work involved training around laws protecting Cultural Resources, specifically the responsibility of the agency in following the National Historic Preservation Act and the Archeological Resources Protection Act.
James has a background in multimedia design and tries to bring more interactive and entertaining experiences into the training environment. The goal is to move away from traditional PowerPoint training, and instead think of ways to create more engaging learning experiences!
