Bandelier National Monument is one of many sites that was home to the Anasazi people. Archeologists have found many different artifacts in the area that have lead to a greater understanding of the culture and the homes they lived in. Plans are underway to expand the area that archeologists have surveyed in order to provide more protection for undiscovered artifacts.  To check out 3-D renderings of longhouses, click this link.
