It’s amazing that 100,000 people tried to sign up for the LEED Exam between March 30th and April 1st. I wonder how the surge of applicants will affect the growth of LEED?
Also, I believe that there is a LEED for historic buildings standard in the works. We toured a project in DC at the Library of Congress where the renovation costs of that historic structure ran to nearly $1000/sqft and they were thinking of trying to pursue LEED on top of that.
