Morgan discussed the results of his recent NEH-funded archaeological investigations at the Louisiana Archaeological Society’s annual meeting held on March 4 in Monroe. His paper was titled, “Relocating the Architectural Roots of a Dynasty: 2005 Fieldwork at the Plantation Home of Marie-ThérèseCoincoin.” Morgan used the opportunity to advertise the new program and discuss the upcoming Summer Institute.
