Andy Ferrell participated in the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Sustainable Preservation Research Retreat.
The retreat’s aim was to develop a joint research and advocacy strategy for integrating the practices and principles of preservation into the green building movement.
The organizations currently involved are the American Institute of Architects, the Association for Preservation Technology International, the National Park Service, the General Services Administration, and the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers.
