NCPTT’s oversight committee, the PTT Board, met in Natchitoches, La., April 4-5. Dr. Judy Bense, Chair of the Anthropology Department at the University of West Florida, succeeded Robert Silman, P.E. of Robert Silman Associates, P.C. of NYC as chair of the Board.
In addition to providing professional advice on the operations of the National Center, members of the Board and the community met prior to the formal meeting to organize a friends group for NCPTT.
